Responsibility

• Each visitor is responsible for their own actions, as well as the actions of any minors or pets accompanying them.
• It is mandatory to pick up the waste from any companion animals.
• Please keep the fishing area and surrounding zone clean.
• Littering, discarding cigarette butts, fishing lines or rigs on the ground is strictly prohibited.
• It is forbidden to relieve yourself outdoors.
• Please keep the bathroom clean.
• Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited.
• Access is restricted to authorized persons only.
• The lake management is not responsible for personal accidents, property damage, or loss of belongings.
• Respect the peace and quiet of the area. Do not disturb.

Fishing

• A fishing license is mandatory for anyone over the age of 16.
• Up to 3 rods per angler are allowed.
• Rods must not be left unattended.
• The use of braided fishing line is strictly prohibited; only coated leaders or fluorocarbon leaders are permitted.
• Only barbless or micro-barbed hooks are allowed.
• Catch and release fishing is mandatory.
• All fish injuries must be treated/disinfected.
• If any catch shows visible health issues, the lake guide must be informed immediately.
• Keeping fish is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bait boats is allowed if previously disinfected.
• All fishing equipment must be disinfected before use.

Safety and Conduct

• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
• Swimming is not allowed.
• Disposing of toxic or polluting substances is forbidden.
• Cooking is only permitted using the provided equipment (gas stove, charcoal grill).
• Cooking inside the fishing area is prohibited.

Parking

• Vehicles must remain in the designated parking area and may only be driven to the fishing spot for loading and unloading equipment.

These rules are intended to ensure a peaceful, safe, and sustainable fishing experience for everyone. Failure to comply with any of the above rules or causing any damage on the property may result in expulsion without refund and potential additional charges.
